I have not received an email to reset my password. What do I do?

Check your spam folder. Sometimes our emails can end up there so we recommend checking to make sure nothing slipped by. If you still do not see the password reset email, it could be that you used a different email address to sign up for your Innerworld account. If you still do not see the password reset email after identifying the correct email address, please submit a ticket with us.
