What do I do if my account is banned or under review?

This could be for any number of reasons. To resolve the situation as quickly as possible, please submit a ticket with details explaining what happened prior to the account going under review, if possible. After reviewing your ticket, we will determine whether to reactivate your account or keep your account under suspension. If we decide to keep your account suspended, we will send you an appeal form.

NOTE: we do ban members to maintain a high level of safety and trust within our community. Actions like trolling or excessive distractions will result in bans. Accounts can also be banned if someone underage (by accident or on purpose) tries to access Innerworld.
